Foote family photograph albums and scrapbook, 1911-1968.

Two photograph albums (1912-1916 and 1917-1922) of Jessie E. Foote and one (creator and years not identified, but internal evidence points to Estelle J. Foote and the years covered are 1911-1927, although loose photographs slipped into the pages appear to be later); an album containing a diary written by Jessie of a trip she made to England with Estelle in 1955 and a large collection of clippings recording family events (1927-1968); several loose portraits and a photograph of a family reunion at Lake Dunmore, Vt., in 1940, which also appears in the album along with an article in which all members are identified. Most photographs in the albums are identified, usually only by first names. Subjects also include Estelle's years in medical school at the University of Vermont and the political career of Ralph A. Foote, lieutenant governor of Vermont. Other family members represented include William R. Foote, Claribel (Hulett) Foote, Leslie Earl Mott, Eva Gertrude (Foote) Mott, Arabella Wilcox (Foote) Benedict, Stewart Benedict, Kathleen (Foote) Carlton, George Hiram Carlton, Charles Nichols Foote, Mable Alice (Heustis) Foote, Ralph Abram Foote (1894-1947), and Sylvia Theresa Pastene Foote.
